A short list of some of the problems we can fix for you (or granny) :

Step 1 - Call us! Tell us what problem(s) you are having. If you prefer, email us with your name, location, and phone number and we will return your call. We will immediately email you a simple agreement and by emailing back to us your name and address at the bottom, you thereby agree to allow our technicians to remotely operate and fix your computer. Ongoing business customers just do this once.

Step 2 - Link up with our technicians over an internet connection simply by clicking on the image below that says "I NEED TECHNICAL SUPPORT".

Step 3 - We will diagnose the problem and determine if we can fix it for you by running some diagnostics via the remote connection we have established. If we can (most likely), we will ask for the $20.00 connection charge upfront and then bill you .70 cents an hour after your computer is fixed; if we feel it would be fair and equitable, we will flat rate the project instead of charging you by the minute (after all, we want to keep you as a future customer). .

Step 4 - We will fix the problem and you can learn how to do it by sitting at your computer and watching what we do (your mouse will be moving around "by itself" and so you can take notes if you would like to learn a few basic maintenance routines to keep your computer running smoothly). When we can do so, and if you feel capable, we will let YOU do some of the work with our guidance (save some fees!).

Step 5 - We guarantee your satisfaction! If you are unhappy with our service, then simply call us to explain why and do not pay the resulting per minute charges that are invoiced to you via email!
