Notes about Remote Services via online remote control - We use "RSS" as our remote service application.
The computer must be able to get online with either DSL or Cable.
The customer must be comfortable with following instructions from the technician over the phone when the customer is required to do some simple things like insert a CD or do an extra reboot procedure, etc.
The customer provides enough information for RAMtech to extend a temporary credit since services are done "on the honor system" with payment expected within 5 days of service.
