AGREEMENT

Customer (name and address typed hereunder) agrees to allow a RAMtech technician to temporarily take control of my computer system for the purpose of providing technical support or other verbally (telephone number typed hereunder) agreed to services. I agree that RAMtech will have full access for an unspecified and reasonable period of time in order to complete the agreed upon repairs or other agreed to services. I also agree that I have given RAMtech a budget range in which to complete the repairs or services and that should I terminate the remote control session before the agreed upon repairs or services are completed to satisfaction, that charges incurred will be paid within 10 days of the date(s) of service or repair. I understand that if the technician has completed a project and that I am not satisfied with the job, then I will call RAMtech's offices within 1 hour of completion and provide the technician an opportunity, without additional charge, to complete the service to my satisfaction or explain why I do not wish to pay the invoice. I understand that "a job" or "a service" is a very specific term that will be explained to me should I ask for a technical explanation, and that the charges incurred for completed services will be paid as invoiced. RAMtech agrees to do whatever is necessary to correct any disputes without additional charges. I understand that I may need to be physically present in order to perform such tasks as turning on/off, unplugging or providing information to the tech as needed. If my computer system is under manufacturer's warranty, I agree that I will let RAMtech know of such warranty and agree that if there is a breach of warranty, I will hold RAMtech harmless of any such breach of warranty. I understand that RAMtech can not reinstall software that is not licensed to me or that I do not own, pursuant to anti-piracy laws. If any software is to be installed, I will provide the installation codes (if required) to RAMtech for that purpose only.
